Mettur Road, Mecheri
Ground-floor retail with two office floors above. Granite cladding and a full-height glass shopfront were chosen to keep the frontage bright without heavy signage.

A clear-span pre-engineered steel building put up on an existing concrete slab. Erected in nine weeks with no internal columns blocking the floor.

A G+1 house currently at brickwork stage. The owner is getting weekly site photos and a running material account, which is how we work on every job.

A 1980s house stripped back and rebuilt inside. New flooring, wiring, plumbing and a reworked hall layout, finished while the family stayed in the rear portion.
