A small team that would rather do a few jobs properly
TMS Construction Services is based in Mecheri and works across Mettur taluk and Salem District. We build houses, commercial buildings and pre-engineered steel structures.
Our approach
Design, engineering and building under one roof
Most people building a house for the first time end up managing three separate parties: someone to draw the plan, someone to certify the structure, and someone to actually build it. When something goes wrong on site, each one points at the other two.
We put all three in the same team. The person drawing your plan sits with the engineer designing the frame, and both of them talk to the site supervisor who is going to build it. Decisions get made once, and they get made by people who will have to live with the consequences.
It also means you have one phone number to call. That matters more than people expect.

Our process
Five stages, start to finish
Talk and site visit
We come to your site, listen to what you want and check the ground conditions. No charge, no obligation.
Design and estimate
Floor plan, elevation and a written stage-wise estimate. You approve the drawings before anything is ordered.
Approvals and setting out
We prepare the drawing set for panchayat or municipality approval and mark out the building on site.
Construction
Foundation, structure, brickwork, plastering and services. You get weekly photos and a running material account.
Finishing and handover
Painting, flooring, fittings and a snag list we clear before handover. We stay reachable afterwards.

Mecheri, Mettur and across Salem District
Our office and yard are in Mecheri, which keeps us within an easy drive of most of Mettur taluk. We regularly take up work in Mecheri, Mettur, Kolathur, Omalur, Salem city and the villages in between.
Being local is not just convenience. It means we know which suppliers deliver on time in this area, which soil conditions to expect near the Cauvery belt, and how the local body approval process actually runs. That knowledge saves weeks.
